Decorative picture frame border in portrait format, built from four bands: diamond band, star band, scrolling vine and wave band from the outside in. The corners are butt jointed with the top rail running through; the pattern repeats 9 times across and 12 times down. In addition, each unit carries three links; the bands are separated by a gap; the links stand free on the background.
