Decorative picture frame border in portrait format, built from four bands: arabesque, flat fillet, arcade frieze and bud and stem from the outside in. The corners are butt jointed with the top rail running through; the pattern repeats 7 times across and 14 times down. In addition, each unit carries three links; the links stand free on the background. Vines, leaves and blossoms are drawn as solid shapes and repeat link by link along the whole length.
