Seamless glitter frame in pale blue on a transparent background

Glitter dust overlay on a transparent ground, format 21:9, 4096 × 1755 pixels, 7.2 megapixels. 2163 individual dust grains — christmas trees and balloons — sit on a rectangular frame line. Some grains cross the sheet edge and are clipped there. Their diameters range from 0.6 to 43.9 per mille of the short edge, half of them below 4.2 — fine dust with a few coarser grains among it, no large individual pieces. The colours are pale blue, light grey, white. 299 grains (14 per cent) are near white, 208 have a soft halo, 137 a light cross. The tile wraps on all four sides and repeats seamlessly. Pure vector, no filters and no embedded pixels; the ground is transparent throughout.
