Seamless glitter border of stars and bells on a transparent background

Glitter dust overlay on a transparent ground, format 1:2, 2048 × 4096 pixels, 8.4 megapixels. 1114 individual dust grains — stars, bells and eggs — form a glitter border along the edges, fading inward. Some grains cross the sheet edge and are clipped there. Their diameters range from 0.4 to 13.4 per mille of the short edge, half of them below 2.5 — fine dust with a few coarser grains among it, no large individual pieces. The colours are cyan, blue, teal. 384 grains (34 per cent) are near white, every grain carries a metallic gradient, 228 have a soft halo, 40 a light cross. The tile wraps on all four sides and repeats seamlessly. Pure vector, no filters and no embedded pixels; the ground is transparent throughout.
