Decorative picture frame border in portrait format, built from two bands: bud and stem and scrolling vine from the outside in. The corners are mitred; the pattern repeats 4 times across and 10 times down. In addition, the bands are divided differently, 1 to 3 links per unit; thin rules divide the bands; the links stand free on the background.
