Decorative picture frame border in dark blue with tulip frieze

Decorative picture frame border in landscape format, built from three bands: tulip frieze, guilloche band and palmette from the outside in. The corners are butt jointed with the side rail running through; the pattern repeats 10 times across and 9 times down. In addition, each unit carries three links; the bands are separated by a gap; thin rules divide the bands. Vines, leaves and blossoms are drawn as solid shapes and repeat link by link along the whole length. The fine bands are drawn with thin lines and stay legible at small print sizes.
