Decorative picture frame border in dark blue with tulip frieze

Decorative picture frame border in landscape format, built from three bands: tulip frieze, fluted moulding and fleur de lis band from the outside in. The corners are butt jointed with the side rail running through; the pattern repeats 12 times across and 7 times down. In addition, each unit carries three links; the bands are separated by a gap. Vines, leaves and blossoms are drawn as solid shapes and repeat link by link along the whole length. Colours: dark blue and white on a transparent background.
