Decorative picture frame border in blue and orange with tulip frieze

Decorative picture frame border in square format, built from two bands: tulip frieze and scale band from the outside in. The corners are butt jointed with the top rail running through; the pattern repeats 14 times across and 14 times down. In addition, each unit carries two links; the bands are separated by a gap; thin rules divide the bands; the links stand free on the background. Vines, leaves and blossoms are drawn as solid shapes and repeat link by link along the whole length. Colours: blue and orange on a transparent background.
