Decorative picture frame border in portrait format, built from two bands: step band and bud and stem from the outside in. The corners are mitred; the pattern repeats 7 times across and 12 times down. In addition, each unit carries three links; the bands are separated by a gap; thin rules divide the bands; the links stand free on the background.
