Decorative picture frame border in landscape format, built from three bands: scale band, spiral scroll and diagonal band from the outside in. The corners are mitred; the pattern repeats 11 times across and 4 times down. In addition, the bands are divided differently, 1 to 3 links per unit; thin rules divide the bands; the links stand free on the background.
