Decorative picture frame border in dark blue with diamond band

Decorative picture frame border in landscape format, built from three bands: round moulding, diamond band and guilloche from the outside in. The corners are butt jointed with the side rail running through; the pattern repeats 9 times across and 8 times down. In addition, the bands are divided differently, 1 to 3 links per unit; the bands are separated by a gap. The fine bands are drawn with thin lines and stay legible at small print sizes.
