Decorative picture frame border in dark blue and white with star band

Decorative picture frame border in portrait format, built from three bands: star band, laurel moulding and spiral scroll from the outside in. The corners are butt jointed with the side rail running through; the pattern repeats 8 times across and 16 times down. In addition, each unit carries four links; the bands are separated by a gap; thin rules divide the bands. Vines, leaves and blossoms are drawn as solid shapes and repeat link by link along the whole length. The fine bands are drawn with thin lines and stay legible at small print sizes.
