Decorative picture frame border in red and orange with scale band

Decorative picture frame border in landscape format, built from three bands: scale band, guilloche and diamond band from the outside in. The corners are butt jointed with the top rail running through; the pattern repeats 14 times across and 5 times down. In addition, the bands are divided differently, 1 to 3 links per unit; the links stand free on the background. The fine bands are drawn with thin lines and stay legible at small print sizes.
