Decorative picture frame border in lime and yellow with trefoil band

Decorative picture frame border in landscape format, built from two bands: trefoil band and flat fillet from the outside in. The corners are mitred; the pattern repeats 16 times across and 4 times down. In addition, each unit carries four links; the bands are separated by a gap; the links stand free on the background.
