Decorative picture frame border in dark blue and white with guilloche

Decorative picture frame border in portrait format, built from four bands: guilloche, fleur de lis band, greek key and flat fillet from the outside in. The corners are mitred; the pattern repeats 13 times across and 15 times down. In addition, the bands are divided differently, 2 to 3 links per unit. Vines, leaves and blossoms are drawn as solid shapes and repeat link by link along the whole length. The fine bands are drawn with thin lines and stay legible at small print sizes.
