Decorative picture frame border in portrait format, built from four bands: step band, scrolling vine, bud and stem and laurel moulding from the outside in. The corners are butt jointed with the side rail running through; the pattern repeats 4 times across and 11 times down. In addition, the bands are separated by a gap.
