Decorative picture frame border in blue and cyan with lattice band

Decorative picture frame border in landscape format, built from three bands: lattice band, tulip frieze and egg and dart from the outside in. The corners are mitred; the pattern repeats 16 times across and 5 times down. In addition, the bands are divided differently, 1 to 3 links per unit; the bands are separated by a gap; thin rules divide the bands. Vines, leaves and blossoms are drawn as solid shapes and repeat link by link along the whole length. The fine bands are drawn with thin lines and stay legible at small print sizes.
