Decorative picture frame border in blue with fleur de lis band

Decorative picture frame border in landscape format, built from three bands: fleur de lis band, step band and spiral scroll from the outside in. The corners are closed by a separate corner block; the pattern repeats 16 times across and 11 times down. In addition, the bands are divided differently, 1 to 2 links per unit; the bands are separated by a gap; thin rules divide the bands. Vines, leaves and blossoms are drawn as solid shapes and repeat link by link along the whole length. The fine bands are drawn with thin lines and stay legible at small print sizes.
