Decorative picture frame border in portrait format, built from four bands: tulip frieze, cross band, scale band and diagonal band from the outside in. The corners are mitred; the pattern repeats 13 times across and 16 times down. In addition, each unit carries two links; the bands are separated by a gap; the links stand free on the background.
