Decorative picture frame border in green and teal with lattice band

Decorative picture frame border in portrait format, built from four bands: lattice band, palmette, spiral scroll and tulip frieze from the outside in. The corners are mitred; the pattern repeats 12 times across and 13 times down. In addition, the bands are divided differently, 1 to 3 links per unit. Vines, leaves and blossoms are drawn as solid shapes and repeat link by link along the whole length. The fine bands are drawn with thin lines and stay legible at small print sizes.
