Decorative picture frame border in portrait format, built from three bands: cove moulding, step band and spiral scroll from the outside in. The corners are butt jointed with the top rail running through; the pattern repeats 7 times across and 16 times down. In addition, the bands are divided differently, 1 to 3 links per unit.
