Decorative picture frame border in portrait format, built from four bands: guilloche band, trefoil band, arcade frieze and bud and stem from the outside in. The corners are closed by a separate corner block; the pattern repeats 12 times across and 16 times down. Vines, leaves and blossoms are drawn as solid shapes and repeat link by link along the whole length. The fine bands are drawn with thin lines and stay legible at small print sizes.
