Decorative picture frame border in portrait format, built from four bands: trefoil band, lattice band, greek key and dot row from the outside in. The corners are mitred; the pattern repeats 11 times across and 14 times down. In addition, each unit carries four links; the bands are separated by a gap; thin rules divide the bands. Vines, leaves and blossoms are drawn as solid shapes and repeat link by link along the whole length. The fine bands are drawn with thin lines and stay legible at small print sizes.
