Decorative picture frame border in portrait format, built from four bands: bud and stem, cross band, arcade frieze and ring chain from the outside in. The corners are butt jointed with the side rail running through; the pattern repeats 11 times across and 13 times down. In addition, the bands are divided differently, 2 to 3 links per unit; the bands are separated by a gap; thin rules divide the bands.
