Decorative picture frame border in dark blue with guilloche band

Decorative picture frame border in portrait format, built from four bands: greek key, guilloche band, dentil and palmette from the outside in. The corners are butt jointed with the top rail running through; the pattern repeats 11 times across and 13 times down. In addition, each unit carries four links; the bands are separated by a gap; the links stand free on the background. Vines, leaves and blossoms are drawn as solid shapes and repeat link by link along the whole length. The fine bands are drawn with thin lines and stay legible at small print sizes.
