Decorative picture frame border in landscape format, built from four bands: rosette band, egg and dart, tulip frieze and spiral scroll from the outside in. The corners are closed by a separate corner block; the pattern repeats 16 times across and 14 times down. In addition, each unit carries three links. Vines, leaves and blossoms are drawn as solid shapes and repeat link by link along the whole length. The fine bands are drawn with thin lines and stay legible at small print sizes.
