Decorative picture frame border in dark blue and amber with ivy scroll

Decorative picture frame border in landscape format, built from three bands: star band, ivy scroll and zigzag from the outside in. The corners are butt jointed with the side rail running through; the pattern repeats 15 times across and 13 times down. In addition, each unit carries three links; thin rules divide the bands; the links stand free on the background.
