Decorative picture frame border in amber and green with arcade frieze

Decorative picture frame border in square format, built from two bands: spiral scroll and arcade frieze from the outside in. The corners are butt jointed with the top rail running through; the pattern repeats 15 times across and 15 times down. In addition, each unit carries four links; thin rules divide the bands; the links stand free on the background. The fine bands are drawn with thin lines and stay legible at small print sizes.
