Decorative picture frame border in portrait format, built from two bands: cove moulding and fleur de lis band from the outside in. The corners are butt jointed with the top rail running through; the pattern repeats 4 times across and 9 times down. In addition, each unit carries three links; the bands are separated by a gap.
