Decorative picture frame border in landscape format, built from four bands: palmette, scrolling vine, arcade frieze and step band from the outside in. The corners are closed by a separate corner block; the pattern repeats 15 times across and 5 times down. In addition, each unit carries three links; the bands are separated by a gap; thin rules divide the bands. Vines, leaves and blossoms are drawn as solid shapes and repeat link by link along the whole length. Colours: blue, cyan and teal on a transparent background.
