Decorative picture frame border in dark blue with rosette band

Decorative picture frame border in landscape format, built from four bands: gothic tracery, spiral scroll, cove moulding and rosette band from the outside in. The corners are mitred; the pattern repeats 9 times across and 5 times down. In addition, each unit carries four links; the bands are separated by a gap. Vines, leaves and blossoms are drawn as solid shapes and repeat link by link along the whole length. The fine bands are drawn with thin lines and stay legible at small print sizes.
