Decorative picture frame border in amber and blue with star band

Decorative picture frame border in portrait format, built from two bands: star band and fleur de lis band from the outside in. The corners are butt jointed with the top rail running through; the pattern repeats 11 times across and 16 times down. In addition, each unit carries four links; the bands are separated by a gap.
