Decorative picture frame border in green and teal with lattice band

Decorative picture frame border in landscape format, built from three bands: lattice band, diagonal band and arcade frieze from the outside in. The corners are butt jointed with the top rail running through; the pattern repeats 11 times across and 9 times down. In addition, the bands are divided differently, 2 to 3 links per unit; thin rules divide the bands. The fine bands are drawn with thin lines and stay legible at small print sizes.
