Decorative picture frame border in portrait format, built from three bands: greek key, tulip frieze and fleur de lis band from the outside in. The corners are butt jointed with the top rail running through; the pattern repeats 9 times across and 11 times down. In addition, each unit carries three links; the bands are separated by a gap.
