Decorative picture frame border in dark blue with scrolling vine

Decorative picture frame border in landscape format, built from three bands: scrolling vine, fleur de lis band and flat fillet from the outside in. The corners are mitred; the pattern repeats 15 times across and 14 times down. In addition, each unit carries three links; the bands are separated by a gap; thin rules divide the bands; the links stand free on the background. Vines, leaves and blossoms are drawn as solid shapes and repeat link by link along the whole length. Colours: dark blue and orange on a transparent background.
