Decorative picture frame border in landscape format, built from four bands: arcade frieze, checkerboard band, acanthus leaf and cross band from the outside in. The corners are closed by a separate corner block; the pattern repeats 9 times across and 4 times down. In addition, the bands are divided differently, 2 to 3 links per unit; thin rules divide the bands.
