Decorative picture frame border in portrait format, built from three bands: step band, flat fillet and arabesque from the outside in. The corners are mitred; the pattern repeats 9 times across and 11 times down. In addition, the bands are divided differently, 1 to 3 links per unit; the bands are separated by a gap; thin rules divide the bands.
