Decorative picture frame border in portrait format, built from three bands: spiral scroll, fleur de lis band and dot row from the outside in. The corners are closed by a separate corner block; the pattern repeats 8 times across and 12 times down. In addition, each unit carries three links; the links stand free on the background. Vines, leaves and blossoms are drawn as solid shapes and repeat link by link along the whole length. The fine bands are drawn with thin lines and stay legible at small print sizes.
