Decorative picture frame border in portrait format, built from three bands: rosette band, bud and stem and dot row from the outside in. The corners are butt jointed with the side rail running through; the pattern repeats 8 times across and 11 times down. In addition, the bands are divided differently, 2 to 3 links per unit; the bands are separated by a gap.
