Decorative picture frame border in dark red with ring chain

Decorative picture frame border in portrait format, built from three bands: ring chain, grape vine and fleur de lis band from the outside in. The corners are butt jointed with the top rail running through; the pattern repeats 4 times across and 10 times down. In addition, the bands are divided differently, 2 to 3 links per unit; the bands are separated by a gap; thin rules divide the bands.
