Decorative picture frame border in blue and cyan with cross band

Decorative picture frame border in portrait format, built from three bands: trefoil band, cross band and rope moulding from the outside in. The corners are butt jointed with the top rail running through; the pattern repeats 9 times across and 16 times down. In addition, each unit carries three links; thin rules divide the bands; the links stand free on the background. Vines, leaves and blossoms are drawn as solid shapes and repeat link by link along the whole length. The fine bands are drawn with thin lines and stay legible at small print sizes.
