Decorative picture frame border in portrait format, built from four bands: wave band, round moulding, lattice band and fluted moulding from the outside in. The corners are butt jointed with the top rail running through; the pattern repeats 5 times across and 11 times down. In addition, the bands are divided differently, 1 to 3 links per unit; the bands are separated by a gap. The fine bands are drawn with thin lines and stay legible at small print sizes.
