Decorative picture frame border in blue and orange with scrolling vine

Decorative picture frame border in landscape format, built from three bands: scrolling vine, egg and dart and gothic tracery from the outside in. The corners are mitred; the pattern repeats 8 times across and 6 times down. In addition, each unit carries three links; the bands are separated by a gap; thin rules divide the bands. Vines, leaves and blossoms are drawn as solid shapes and repeat link by link along the whole length. The fine bands are drawn with thin lines and stay legible at small print sizes.
