Decorative picture frame border in portrait format, built from three bands: grape vine, diamond band and ring chain from the outside in. The corners are mitred; the pattern repeats 5 times across and 14 times down. In addition, the bands are divided differently, 2 to 3 links per unit; the bands are separated by a gap; thin rules divide the bands.
