Decorative picture frame border in landscape format, built from four bands: dot row, scale band, zigzag and fluted moulding from the outside in. The corners are butt jointed with the top rail running through; the pattern repeats 13 times across and 12 times down. In addition, each unit carries two links; the bands are separated by a gap; thin rules divide the bands; the links stand free on the background. Colours: amber and blue on a transparent background.
