Decorative picture frame border in portrait format, built from four bands: arcade frieze, checkerboard band, leaf moulding and flat fillet from the outside in. The corners are butt jointed with the top rail running through; the pattern repeats 8 times across and 10 times down. In addition, the bands are divided differently, 2 to 3 links per unit; the bands are separated by a gap; the links stand free on the background.
