Seamless glitter frame of snowflakes on a transparent background

Glitter dust overlay on a transparent ground, format 2:3, 2731 × 4096 pixels, 11.2 megapixels. 2826 individual dust grains — snowflakes — sit on a rectangular frame line. Their diameters range from 2.3 to 15.8 per mille of the short edge, half of them below 4.7 — fine dust with a few coarser grains among it, no large individual pieces. The colours are amber, grey. 428 grains (15 per cent) are near white, every grain carries a metallic gradient, 47 have a soft halo, 71 a light cross. The tile wraps on all four sides and repeats seamlessly. Pure vector, no filters and no embedded pixels; the ground is transparent throughout.
