Seamless star trail of stars and baubles on a transparent background

Glitter dust overlay on a transparent ground, format 2:3, 2731 × 4096 pixels, 11.2 megapixels. 3162 individual dust grains — stars and baubles — form a star trail with a dense head and a fading tail. Some grains cross the sheet edge and are clipped there. Their diameters range from 2.7 to 22.1 per mille of the short edge, half of them below 8.4 — fine dust with a few coarser grains among it, no large individual pieces. The colours are dark blue, white. 1138 grains (36 per cent) are near white, every grain carries a metallic gradient, 230 have a soft halo, 224 a light cross. The tile wraps on all four sides and repeats seamlessly. Pure vector, no filters and no embedded pixels; the ground is transparent throughout.
