Seamless star trail of sparkles in magenta on a transparent background

Glitter dust overlay on a transparent ground, format 3:4, 3072 × 4096 pixels, 12.6 megapixels. 2239 individual dust grains — sparkles — form a star trail with a dense head and a fading tail. Some grains cross the sheet edge and are clipped there. Their diameters range from 0.8 to 16.1 per mille of the short edge, half of them below 5.2 — fine dust with a few coarser grains among it, no large individual pieces. The colours are magenta, purple, cyan, pale pink. 617 grains (28 per cent) are near white, every grain carries a metallic gradient, 870 have a soft halo, 290 a light cross. The tile wraps on all four sides and repeats seamlessly. Pure vector, no filters and no embedded pixels; the ground is transparent throughout.
