Seamless glitter border of hearts and dots on a transparent background

Glitter dust overlay on a transparent ground, format 70:99, 2896 × 4096 pixels, 11.9 megapixels. 5024 individual dust grains — hearts and dots — form a glitter border along the edges, fading inward. Some grains cross the sheet edge and are clipped there. Their diameters range from 0.6 to 33.4 per mille of the short edge, half of them below 7.1 — fine dust with a few coarser grains among it, no large individual pieces. The colours are dark blue, white. 1256 grains (25 per cent) are near white, every grain carries a metallic gradient, 988 have a soft halo, 697 a light cross. The tile wraps on all four sides and repeats seamlessly. Pure vector, no filters and no embedded pixels; the ground is transparent throughout.
